The sales process

It may be an exciting time, or one fraught with fear when moving through the sales process.

At Shepherd 360! we want you to feel confident in your decision, so we are going to layout the entire process with you on this page.

Step 1 – Contact

You have made contact with us and you may be curious about what we do and how much it cost?

Step 2 – Response

We will contact you by direct email, or you may be entered into what is called a sales funnel.  A sales funnel is a system of automatic steps to ensure you receive the information that will help you make an informed decision. Our response may be a welcome email with more information, or a form requesting more information about your business and your business needs. You can stop there if you wish and the enquiry will end. Otherwise, if you continue, we will then move to step 3.

Step 3 – Outreach

In this step we will reach out to you with the information you have provided. We may have additional questions, and this is a good opportunity for you to ask questions of your own. The conversation will help us move forward with a no obligation proposal.

Step 4 – Acceptance

If you have accepted our proposal, we will commit to you with a business agreement outlining what you can expect from us, and what we can expect from you.

Step 5 – Onboarding

At this point we hope you have begun to understand who we are, what we do, and visa versa. You will be sent more information on how to engage with us and have all the supportive technology installed. You will have access to training videos just in case you need them, or we can chat, voice or video call or setup a screen sharing session between us.

Our business model relies on the whole process of client engagement. We feel that it saves us both time and helps prevents misunderstandings and errors. We hope you adopt and use what we have to offer, otherwise, there are plenty of other virtual bookkeeping options for you to choose.

Shepherd 360! is a virtual business support company offering the services of bookkeeping , virtual assistance and marketing. Our human resources are located throughout Canada and beyond.

When you are setup with us, you will be able to upload documents from your computer, or scan them from your phone. 

All files are saved within your confidential Teams channel accessible by only those authorized.

You can have several channels. A private one for finance, and team accessible one for website development and a private one for administrative purposes.

Jack, Jill and Jeremy have access to your team. Jill is the bookkeeping, so she only has access to the bookkeeping records and marketing. Jeremy is in marketing and does some administrative work too, so he will have access to Marketing and Administration

Jack is a supervisor, so he will have access to everything.
